Tea is a result of processing the leaves of a plant called Camellia sinensis. Different types of tea are presented according to the method of processing. The main ones are white, green, black, red and oolong or blue tea. At some point, everyone brings tea as their daily beverage. They know that this habit will brings good benefits for them.

White Tea

White tea is not oxidized, ie the action of oxygen in this type is not allowed, as it is subject to heat or steam after a certain drying time is not allowed roll up their leaves, split them in some way. Somewhat, it has a silvery manifestation in certain areas.

The properties of white tea are endless, it also considers the secret of eternal youth because of the effects it has on our body from the inside, and in a few months is visible on the outside such as; skin, hair, nails and vital energy.

Aids digestion and stimulate you to not be awake, although you consume it as a late night drink, because it has antioxidant.

It also regulates blood pressure, inhibits plaque formation in our arteries, prevent stroke, and along with green tea neutralize free radicals that cause oxidation and aging of our cells and keeping young people inside and outside, without forgetting the most important.

Green Tea

It is the most popular type of tea. Suffers less and more natural than the black process, which retains much more of antioxidants and the flavor is much softer than black or red one.

The green tea is the most nutritional value for us, because of its fewer tannins and greater antioxidant capacity. As we know, antioxidants fight premature aging and protect the body from environmental pollution and chemicals. The consumption of green tea is a perfect choice to replace coffee.

Harvest, tea leaves
The quality of green tea is based on its wealth of catechins and polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate EGCG; this substance inhibits the growth of cancer cells without affecting healthy tissue. It lowers bad cholesterol and inhibits the formation of blood clots.

As an antioxidant, it is two times more potent than Resveratrol.

If you are one of those people who need a stimulating drink to start the day, then I suggest choosing green tea.

The green tea has a a distinctive 'body', if someone really feels that he is relishing the essence of the plant, and he let the infusion process too long, it can affect its taste, resulting in a little bitter.

Unfortunately, the oxidation disappears with a lot of tannins, and almost all the vitamin C and polyphenols initially present in the leaves, and they lost much of its medicinal qualities.

Blue or Oolong Tea

The word Oolong means "black dragon". In manufacturing the blue tea forms used in the above types, stopping the oxidation process when it is approximately half combined.

This result is a softer than black, but stronger than the green tea.

 Red Tea

Currently red tea is at its best, as their consumption has increased greatly due to its quality of combustion of superfluous fat, the Scientists in a lot studies have confirmed his enormous slimming power.

The most important of this quality is preventing possible diseases associated with atherosclerosis, obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease in general, since the excess body fat in the single organism can harm our health. This drink also has detoxifying properties which help us to stay healthy, since prevention is the best way to stay healthy.

Black Tea

Making black tea is a different process. After being harvested, the leaves remain in the sun between 18 and 24 hours. Then they folded and rolled to break the cell walls and accelerate oxidation. Its color is much darker, also creating a denser tone infusion with possible reddish with a pleasant and characteristic earthy aroma.

The flavor of black tea is much more pronounced. Try it, if you want an instant stimulus because the L-theanine, an amino acid in this plant not only contributing to reduce stress, but it also makes you alert. According to some studies, this tea prevents skin cancer.
